Our cropper automatically detects the Tax Invoice divider banner, isolates the top shipping label portion with your SKU code, and discards the unnecessary invoice half to save thermal sticker rolls.

4x6 print tips

Paper Size: Configure your printer preferences to 100x150 mm (4x6 inches) or 101.6 x 152.4 mm standard thermal roll labels.
Print Scale: Always select "Fit to Printable Area" or "Actual Size" (100%). Never use shrink-to-fit that distorts linear 1D barcodes.
Thermal Darkness: Set print density/darkness between 8 and 11 on Zebra, TVS, TSC, or Rollo thermal printers for pitch-black, instantly scannable courier lines.
Orientation: All labels are centered and formatted in upright portrait orientation to match continuous roll feed mechanisms.
